Amy E. Santarelli
President – Wealth Advisor
As founder and president, of KJ Wealth Advisory, Amy serves individuals and families in multiple aspects of financial planning and investment advising. With more than 30 years of experience within the financial services industry, helping clients gain a clear and cohesive understanding of their investments—and all aspects of their finances—is Amy’s goal. Through a thorough analysis of their investment mix, risk level, and overall goals and hopes for their future, Amy seeks to bring confidence and calm to her clients' financial lives.
Additionally, Amy has held roles at John Hancock Mutual Funds (Boston, MA), St Germain Investments (Springfield, MA), and at UBS Financial Services (Springfield, MA).
A former member of the Glenmeadow Senior Living Board of Directors, Amy served as the Board Chair as well as on their Investment, Development, Building, Finance, Governance and Strategic Planning committees.
Amy holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 66 securities registrations and is a licensed Insurance professional. She earned a BA in interpersonal communication from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Residents of Longmeadow, MA, Amy and her husband Tom, raised their children Katie and Jonathan, now young adults. Amy enjoys spending time with their cocker-spaniel Winnie, cooking, gardening, reading, or power walking through town. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family when their children come home for a visit or as they travel together on family vacations.
John J. Ernst
President Emeritus, Ernst Financial Group
John Ernst and Amy Santarelli worked together for many years within Ernst Financial Group before combining their individual practices in 2023. After 24 years in the business, John retired and Amy acquired his practice, evolving into KJ Wealth Advisory.
John founded Ernst Financial Group in 1990 with the goal of providing sound retirement planning strategies to businesses and individuals throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. John completed his undergraduate degree in English at Hamilton College.
John continues to actively give back to his community. He was a founding member of the Longmeadow Educational Excellence Foundation (LEEF) to raise funds for school enrichment programs. He participated in the Read Aloud program at Bailliet Elementary School and is its Business Partner, funding enrichment programs for students. John has been a past volunteer with the Community United Way of the Pioneer Valley and has been associated with Human Resources Unlimited, a social services nonprofit, as a board member. He has also served as a board member and president of the Community Music School of Springfield and was recently presented with the "Fab 4" award for longtime service to the school.
As full time residents of Saco, Maine, John and his wife Laurie enjoy any activities that they can share with their grandchildren. John can also be found playing a sport that allows him to be outdoors—golf, skiing, tennis. He is thoroughly enjoying his retirement!
Maureen (Emily) Webber

Emily is our director of client services at KJ Wealth Advisory. Emily has worked in various customer service roles throughout her career and has a true passion for customer care and relationship management. Emily was born in Oregon but raised locally in western MA, where she grew up partaking in as many extracurriculars as she could around her after school work hours. Emily is currently studying for the Security Industry Essential (SIE) Exam, in hopes to become a registered team member.
Emily lives locally in Springfield, MA with her fiancé Omar and their three pets. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time outside.
Jonathan Santarelli
Client Research Associate
Jonathan Santarelli serves KJ Wealth Advisory in a client support and research role. Jon’s prior investment experience began when he joined Ernst Financial Group in May of 2024 as our summer intern. Jonathan enjoys supporting clients with their financial questions and service needs. He is also passionate about the economy and how it impacts investment markets and enjoys the technical, historical and research aspects of the investment industry.
Jonathan is currently studying at St. Anselm’s College, where he is majoring in Economics with a minor in History. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys traveling (he spent his spring semester 2025 in Italy). He was an avid track and field member and varsity soccer player throughout Longmeadow High School Jon continues to play soccer for the St Anselm Men’s Club soccer team.
